The Bristol and South West Poker Club is a ‘meet up’ designed to get poker enthusiasts together to compete in arranged home games and tournament poker. The aim is to have fun and make friends who share your interests. Members mainly live in Bristol and south west of the country, coming from Cheltenham, Bath, Chippenham and Western Super Mare. Since the club was established in 2003 there have been over 400 meet ups arranged.
Bristol and South West Poker Club Details
Anyone who becomes a member of the club can host a game, you just send out an invite to the other members via the website. This can be done by arranging the meet up at your own home or another private location, or by having an organized event at an official venue. The host posts the details onto the events page of the website and if members are interested they reserve a place by RSVP.
The club currently has over 198 members. Past meet ups have included 6 game poker league held in Bath, mid-stakes game, 10k starting stack game with 20 blinds and a slow structure and a standard-issue MTT.
